Sugar Cookie Truffles (No-Bake)

Ingredients
  

  • cups vanilla sandwich cookies or sugar cookies finely crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • cups white chocolate chips or milk/dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Crush cookies into fine, sand-like crumbs.
  • Mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and scoopable.
  • Refrigerate mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  • Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Chill rolled truffles for 15 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate gently until smooth.
  • Dip truffles in melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place back on parchment.
  • Let set at room temperature or chill briefly until firm.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Do not overheat white chocolate.
Chill before rolling and dipping for clean shapes.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
