2½cupsvanilla sandwich cookies or sugar cookiesfinely crushed
4ozcream cheesesoftened
2tablespoonspowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinchof salt
1½cupswhite chocolate chips or milk/dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Crush cookies into fine, sand-like crumbs.
Mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and scoopable.
Refrigerate mixture for 20–30 minutes.
Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill rolled truffles for 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate gently until smooth.
Dip truffles in melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place back on parchment.
Let set at room temperature or chill briefly until firm.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.Do not overheat white chocolate.Chill before rolling and dipping for clean shapes.Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
