creamy peanut butter

unsalted butter
softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

salt

semi-sweet chocolate chips

coconut oil or shortening
Instructions
Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth
Gradually add powdered sugar until thick but pliable
Roll into 1-tablespoon balls and place on parchment
Chill for 30 minutes
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth
Dip balls into chocolate, leaving a small circle exposed on top
Chill until chocolate is fully set
Notes
Use creamy, non-natural peanut butter for best texture
Keep centers cold for clean dipping
Store chilled for best flavor and shape
