Key Lime Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients
  

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon key lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons into each jar and press gently
  • Chill crusts for 10–15 minutes
  • Beat cream cheese until completely smooth
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until creamy
  • Add key lime juice, zest, and vanilla, mixing just until combined
  • Beat heavy cream to soft peaks, then add powdered sugar and vanilla
  • Continue beating to medium peaks
  • Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling over chilled crust
  • Add a layer of whipped cream
  • Repeat layers if desired, finishing with whipped cream
  • Refrigerate until fully set

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese for a smooth filling
Do not overmix after adding lime juice
Chill overnight for best texture
Add garnishes just before serving
