Red Velvet Oreo Balls are creamy, chocolatey, and lightly tangy with a smooth white chocolate shell. They’re an easy no-bake treat that looks festive and tastes indulgent.

Ingredients
  

  • 36 red velvet Oreos
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
  • cups white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Instructions
 

  • Finely crush the Oreos using a food processor.
  • Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes.
  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls.
  • Chill the rolled balls for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 20–30 second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each ball into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment.
  • Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the coating sets.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
Always chill before dipping to keep the balls from falling apart.
