- 36 red velvet Oreos
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese softened
- 2½ cups white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Finely crush the Oreos using a food processor.
Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls.
Chill the rolled balls for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 20–30 second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the coating sets.
Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
