Purple gel food coloring

Instructions
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
Add melted white chocolate and stir until smooth.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
Add a small amount of purple gel food coloring and adjust to your desired shade.
Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
Roll tablespoon-sized balls first in granulated sugar, then in powdered sugar.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes until crackled on top; cool on the sheet 5 minutes before moving to a rack.
Notes
• Don’t skip chilling—it's essential for perfect crinkles.
• Add food coloring slowly to avoid thinning the dough.
• A thick powdered sugar coating gives the boldest crackle effect.
