Cut angel food cake into 1-inch cubes.
Wash berries. Hull and slice strawberries. Rinse and dry blueberries.
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk to cream cheese. Beat until combined.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently.
Layer angel food cake cubes in bottom of each cup.
Add layer of cream mixture.
Add layer of sliced strawberries.
Add another layer of cake cubes.
Add another layer of cream mixture.
Top with fresh blueberries.
Repeat for all 12 cups.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Garnish with extra berries, whipped cream, or mint before serving.
