Cut papaya in half. Remove seeds. Peel and chop into chunks.
Peel banana and break into pieces.
Add papaya and banana to the blender.
Pour in milk and yogurt if using.
Add honey and vanilla if you want extra sweetness and flavour.
Add ice cubes if you want it cold.
Blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
Taste and add more honey if needed. Blend again briefly.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
