Oreo Icebox Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 48 Oreo cookies classic, not double-stuffed
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • Optional: crushed Oreos chocolate chips, chocolate syrup

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl
  • Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
  • Spread a thin layer of cream in the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish
  • Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies over the cream
  • Spread a layer of cream over cookies
  • Repeat layers of cookies and cream, finishing with cream on top
  • Sprinkle crushed Oreos or drizzle chocolate syrup if desired
  • Cover and refrigerate until fully set

Notes

Chill overnight for the softest, cake-like texture
Use classic Oreos for best balance
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
