1½cupschocolate cookie crumbsOreos or chocolate wafers
4tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
For the Nutella Cheesecake Filling
1cupcream cheesesoftened
½cupNutella
¼cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupheavy creamwhipped to soft peaks
Optional Toppings
Chocolate shavings
Crushed hazelnuts
Mini chocolate chips
Whipped cream dollops
Instructions
Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter; mix until evenly coated
Press mixture into the bottom of individual cups or a small glass dish
Chill crust in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add Nutella and powdered sugar
Mix in vanilla extract
Gently fold in whipped cream until light and airy
Spoon or pipe Nutella cheesecake over chilled crust
Smooth the top and add optional toppings
Repeat layers for taller cups if desired
Refrigerate assembled cups for 2–3 hours to set
