Moose Tracks Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ingredients – Swirl & Mix-Ins
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup mini peanut butter cups chopped
  • Optional: chocolate chunks or mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for lifting
  • Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt
  • Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top
  • Warm peanut butter slightly and spoon it over the surface
  • Gently swirl with a knife or skewer, leaving visible ribbons
  • Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups on top and press lightly
  • Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set
  • Lift out using parchment and cut into small squares

Notes

• Warm peanut butter slightly so it swirls easily
• Don’t over-swirl or the layers will blend together
• Use mini peanut butter cups for even distribution
• Keep heat low to avoid scorching the chocolate
• Chill completely before slicing for clean edges
