Ingredients

  • For the Truffles
  • 36 Mint Oreo cookies one standard pack
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract optional, stronger mint
  • For the Coating
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional
  • Crushed Oreos or green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Crush Mint Oreos in a food processor until fine. (Or crush in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.)
  • Add softened cream cheese and blend until it becomes a smooth dough. Add peppermint extract if you want extra mint flavor.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized scoops into balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze 20–25 minutes until firm.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 20-second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip the chilled truffles into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and top with crushed Oreos or green sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate 10–15 minutes until the coating sets.

Notes

• No Mint Oreos? Use regular and add ½–1 tsp peppermint extract.
• Mixture too soft? Chill 10–15 minutes or add a few crushed Oreos.
• Coat in dark or milk chocolate if preferred.
• Fully no-bake—only chilling required.
• Great make-ahead treat for parties
