Instructions
Remove strawberry stems and slice a thin layer off the bottom so they stand upright
Gently hollow out the center without piercing the sides
Place prepared strawberries on paper towels to absorb moisture
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth
Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy
Fold in whipped cream if using
Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag
Pipe filling into strawberry centers, slightly overfilling
