Low Carb Chocolate Hazelnut Puppy Chow

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups low-carb cereal HighKey, Catalina Crunch, or Magic Spoon
  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips Lily’s or ChocZero
  • ¼ cup natural hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup powdered erythritol or allulose
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chopped nuts cinnamon, shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate, hazelnut butter, and butter together; stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Toss cereal in melted chocolate, then coat with sweetener + cocoa mixture.
  • Spread on parchment to cool and set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 7 days.
Freeze up to 1 month; thaw a few minutes before eating.
