Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • cups whipped topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press firmly into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate 15 minutes
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
  • Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over crust
  • Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thick
  • Spread pudding gently over cream cheese layer
  • Spread remaining whipped topping evenly on top
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight

Notes

Overnight chilling gives the cleanest slices
Use cold milk so the pudding sets properly
Do not press layers while spreading to keep them distinct
