Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press firmly into a 9x13-inch dish and refrigerate 15 minutes
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth
Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and spread over crust
Whisk lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thick
Spread pudding gently over cream cheese layer
Spread remaining whipped topping evenly on top
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Notes
Overnight chilling gives the cleanest slices
Use cold milk so the pudding sets properly
Do not press layers while spreading to keep them distinct
