Ingredients
  

  • Salami Roll-Ups
  • Deli salami slices 12
  • Cream cheese softened 4 oz
  • Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh herbs parsley, chives, or dill 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped pickles or pepperoncini optional 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper a pinch
  • Optional: shredded cheddar or mozzarella for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the filling by mixing cream cheese, Dijon mustard, herbs, pickles or pepperoncini (if using), and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Lay the salami slices flat and spread about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each. Sprinkle optional cheese on top if desired.
  • Roll each salami slice tightly around the filling, placing seam side down on a plate.
  • Serve immediately, or chill 15–20 minutes to let flavors meld.

Notes

Thin strips of roasted red pepper or cucumber add variety and freshness.
Soften cream cheese slightly in the microwave if too firm.
Pepperoni or other keto-friendly deli meats can replace salami.
Naturally gluten-free and low carb.
