Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
Place cod in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, dill, lemon juice, zest, paprika, and salt.
Brush herb butter over each fillet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until cod flakes easily and reaches 145°F.
Time depends on fillet thickness.
Remove immediately. Do not overbake.
Spoon pan butter over fish.
Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
