Fresh Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with vanilla and honey until smooth.
  • Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of two glasses or jars.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries, then a layer of granola.
  • Repeat the layers once more until the containers are full.
  • Garnish with a few extra berries and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge (without granola).

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for the best "layered" look.
Add granola just before serving to keep it from getting soft.
Feel free to use any seasonal fruit you have on hand.
Great for meal prep in small mason jars for the week.
