Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup brewed green tea cooled or ½ teaspoon matcha powder
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons honey or stevia to taste
  • Optional: Ice cubes for a thicker texture

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.
