Easy Red Velvet Fudge

Prep Time 10 minutes
CHILLING TIME 2 hours
Servings 25 squares

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 –3 tsp red gel food coloring
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: white chocolate drizzle sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment, leaving overhang for lifting.
  • Melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cocoa powder, salt, and red gel food coloring until evenly red.
  • Spread mixture into the pan and smooth the top; add desired toppings.
  • Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Lift fudge out with parchment and slice into squares, wiping the knife between cuts.

Notes

• Use gel food coloring for vibrant color without thinning the fudge.
• Keep heat low to avoid overheating or seizing the chocolate.
• Add toppings before chilling so they set into the fudge.
• Allow full chill time for the cleanest, sharpest slices.
