- 1 lb ground pork chicken, or turkey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil or olive oil
- 1 small onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 4 cups shredded cabbage green, Napa, or a mix
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat
Heat the Skillet: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Cook the Meat: Add ground meat, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
