Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. Spray with oil.
Pound chicken breasts to ¾ inch thickness.
Beat eggs with water in shallow bowl.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
Dip chicken in egg. Coat completely.
Press into breadcrumb mixture. Coat both sides well.
Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Spray tops with cooking spray.
Bake 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Remove. Top with marinara sauce.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
Rest 2 minutes. Garnish with basil. Serve hot.
