Crockpot Steak Bites
Tender, buttery steak bites slow-cooked with garlic, herbs, and a rich sauce, delivering all the flavor of a steakhouse dinner with minimal effort. Perfect for busy weeknights or hearty meals.

- 2 pounds sirloin or stew beef cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ cup beef broth or water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Optional: Sear steak bites in a skillet with olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor.
Transfer steak to crockpot (seared or raw).
Add garlic, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and beef broth. Stir to coat.
Cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 2½–3 hours until tender.
Optional: Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixed with cold water, 20 minutes before serving.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or with roasted vegetables. Great as an appetizer with toothpicks and sauce for dipping.
Storage:
Refrigerate up to 4 days, freeze up to 2 months. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or water.
