Crockpot Steak Bites

Tender, buttery steak bites slow-cooked with garlic, herbs, and a rich sauce, delivering all the flavor of a steakhouse dinner with minimal effort. Perfect for busy weeknights or hearty meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sirloin or stew beef cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Optional: Sear steak bites in a skillet with olive oil for 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor.
  • Transfer steak to crockpot (seared or raw).
  • Add garlic, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and beef broth. Stir to coat.
  • Cook on Low for 5–6 hours or High for 2½–3 hours until tender.
  • Optional: Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixed with cold water, 20 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or with roasted vegetables. Great as an appetizer with toothpicks and sauce for dipping.
Storage:
Refrigerate up to 4 days, freeze up to 2 months. Reheat gently with a splash of broth or water.
