Mix the Dough: Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil; mix until a soft dough forms. Knead 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise: Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise 45–60 minutes in a warm spot until doubled.
Prepare the Crockpot: Line with parchment paper or lightly grease.
Shape the Loaf: Punch down the risen dough, shape into a round or oval loaf, and place in the crockpot.
