Creamy Spinach Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp paprika, salt, pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken; sear in olive oil until cooked through (165°F). Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter; sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Stir in broth and cream; simmer.
  • Add parmesan and seasonings; cook until thickened.
  • Fold in spinach until wilted.
  • Return chicken to pan and coat with sauce. Serve warm.
