- 1 cup cottage cheese small curd works best
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder onion powder, paprika, or everything bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and desired seasonings over each.
Bake 25–30 minutes until edges turn golden and centers are set.
Cool 10–15 minutes on the sheet to crisp fully.
