Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese small curd works best
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon garlic powder onion powder, paprika, or everything bagel seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spoon tablespoon-sized dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, and desired seasonings over each.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until edges turn golden and centers are set.
  • Cool 10–15 minutes on the sheet to crisp fully.
  • Enjoy immediately or store up to 3 days in an airtight container.

Notes

Pair with hummus, guacamole, or Greek yogurt dip.
Use as a crunchy topping for soups or salads.
Serve with ranch or spicy mayo for dipping.
Storage & Reheating
Store at room temperature up to 3 days.
Re-crisp in oven at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
