Coconut Mango Bliss Balls

Soft, chewy, and naturally sweet, these tropical bliss balls taste like a bite-sized vacation. They come together in minutes and make perfect energizing snacks or healthy desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • Bliss Balls
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup dried mango soft variety
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • For Rolling
  • Extra desiccated coconut
  • Optional: crushed freeze-dried mango

Instructions
 

  • Pulse dried mango in a food processor until finely chopped, stopping before it becomes a paste.
  • Add coconut, honey/maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt; blend until mixture sticks together when pressed.
  • Adjust texture: add coconut oil if crumbly, or extra coconut if too sticky.
  • Roll tablespoon-sized portions into smooth balls.
  • Coat in coconut or coconut mixed with freeze-dried mango.
  • Chill 20–30 minutes until firm.
  • Storage

Notes

• Add 1–2 tbsp vanilla protein powder for extra protein.
• Use maple syrup for a vegan version.
• Add lime zest or a squeeze of lime for brightness.
• Swap mango with dried pineapple, apricots, or papaya.
• Mix in chia or hemp seeds for added texture and nutrition.
