Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Ingredients
2
ripe but firm bananas
1
tbsp
lemon juice
1
tbsp
coconut oil or melted butter
1
tbsp
sugar
white or brown
½
tsp
ground cinnamon
Optional: Pinch of salt
Instructions
Slice the Bananas
Peel and slice bananas into thin rounds (~1/8"). Thinner = crispier!
Toss with Lemon Juice
Gently coat slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Mix
Combine oil, sugar, cinnamon (and salt, if using). Gently toss with bananas to coat.
Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Arrange slices in a single layer (no overlapping).
Air fry 10–15 mins, flipping halfway. Watch closely in the last few mins!
Cool to Crisp
Transfer to a wire rack or parchment-lined plate. Let cool for 10 mins to crisp up.
Notes
Use
firm bananas
—not overripe!
Swap
coconut oil
with olive oil or butter.
For
sugar-free
, skip sugar and use only cinnamon.
Want extra crispy? Slice thinner + cook a bit longer at a
lower temp
