Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • Cookie Dough Layer
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Fudge Layer
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional Toppings
  • Extra mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate drizzle
  • Sprinkles or chopped chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy
  • Add milk and vanilla, mixing until combined
  • Gradually mix in heat-treated flour until soft dough forms
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt
  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment
  • Spread half of fudge mixture into the pan
  • Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over fudge and gently press slightly
  • Pour remaining fudge on top and smooth evenly
  • Sprinkle extra chocolate chips if desired
  • Refrigerate at least 3–4 hours or overnight to set

Notes

Heat-treat flour before using for safety
Use small cookie dough pieces for easier slicing
Let fudge set fully before cutting
Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze up to 2 months
