Cherry Marshmallow Fudge Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup maraschino cherries drained, dried well, and chopped
  • Optional: extra chopped cherries mini marshmallows, chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  • Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  • Let mixture cool 2–3 minutes, then gently fold in marshmallows and chopped cherries.
  • Spread evenly into prepared pan and add optional toppings if desired.
  • Refrigerate until fully set, then lift out and slice into bars or squares.

Notes

Dry cherries thoroughly to prevent soft fudge
Allow fudge to cool slightly before adding marshmallows
Use low heat to avoid scorching chocolate
Chill completely for clean, sturdy slices
