Cherry Garcia Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries chopped and very well dried
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunks
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for lifting.
  • Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  • Pat cherries completely dry, then fold them into the fudge mixture.
  • Add chocolate chunks and gently stir without melting them.
  • Spread mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Lift out using parchment and cut into squares with a clean, sharp knife.

Notes

• Dry cherries extremely well to prevent soft or mushy fudge.
• Add chocolate chunks only after slight cooling so they stay whole.
• Use good-quality white chocolate for best texture.
