BBQ sauce

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

coleslaw, or red onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cut slider buns in half horizontally keeping them connected. Place bottom half in dish.
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
Spread chicken mixture over bottom buns.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken.
Place top buns over cheese.
Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Brush butter mixture all over tops of buns.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 15 minutes covered.
Remove foil. Bake 5 more minutes until golden.
Cool 3 minutes. Cut into individual sliders. Serve hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time
Keep buns connected until after baking
Brush butter mixture everywhere on top
Do not skip the foil — it keeps buns soft while cheese melts
Let cool 3 minutes before cutting so cheese sets
Add pickles, onions, or coleslaw after baking
Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours
Freeze unbaked for up to 2 months
Hawaiian rolls are the classic choice but any small rolls work
Do not use too much BBQ sauce or buns get soggy
