Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz button or cremini mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix store-bought or homemade
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and cut large ones in half.
  • In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.

Serve hot with steak, chicken, or fish.
