Open biscuit dough. Separate biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into 4-inch circle.
Place 1 tablespoon pizza sauce in center.
Place one mozzarella cube on sauce.
Sprinkle pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Gather edges up and around filling. Pinch tightly to seal completely.
Roll sealed dough into smooth round ball.
Place seam side down on parchment paper.
Repeat with all biscuits.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
Place parchment in air fryer basket.
Arrange pizza bombs with space between. Work in batches if needed.
Air fry at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Remove pizza bombs when golden.
Brush with garlic butter while hot.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes. Cheese inside is very hot.
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
