Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
Crispy, spicy, and full of flavor — this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is the perfect light alternative to buffalo wings. Quick, healthy, and absolutely addictive!

- 1 medium head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- ½ cup all-purpose flour or almond flour for gluten-free
- ½ cup water or milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup buffalo sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
In a large bowl, whisk flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated. Shake off excess batter.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange florets in a single layer and air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter or oil in a bowl. Toss air-fried cauliflower in the sauce.
Optional: Return cauliflower to the air fryer for 3–5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
